The Yale Entrepreneurial Institute celebrated last week at Miya's Sushi-we had all just finished our final pitches to potential investors. In the middle of a Saki bomb, Jess, CEO of roammeo.com, had the genius idea to make a cardboard bar, a perfect college pop-up bar for the dorms. I whipped out a napkin and started designing furiously. Tonight, I finished the first prototype and water-proofed the top for extra protection. Cardboard mixology here we come!
