These are fun designs and get people thinking about recyclable materials in a new way.
One suggestion... I worked in the corrugated business for seven years and I guarantee you could save another ten to fifteen percent material per chair with some design tweaks, especially around the locking mechanism. If you can, consult a corrugated structural engineer to realize these additional efficiencies.
I have one final suggestion. Start looking into making Eames-inspired shaped plywood chairs and you could start offering more durable kits for assembly to your customers. If you cut out the cost of your labor and manufacture chair or sofa kits that customers put together themselves, your business will explode. Perhaps you could start a chain to rival Design Within Reach?
